CEC has been involved in large scale industrial size pizza production on an international level. We also provide the smaller shop ovens.

The pizza ovens are built on the boxed travelling conveyor system with gas fired burners in a closed baking chamber. The under-riding principles of our pizza systems are high product turn-over, gas efficiency, and a level bake. Preperatory and cooling systems are also available.
