The CEC flatbread line takes pride of place amongst our products. Alongside the Indian and Arab bread markets, including naan, pitta, khubz and lavash we have also worked on Italian and Mexican markets. Our lines can run with a speed of 2000 breads per hour to over ten times that. We have worked with bakeries to perfect ingredients, cooking time and baking temperature.
